Chroma Pirates

The first pirate group to be led and ran by a collective of chromatic dragons. Though the crew makes up a vast number of dragonborn, kobold, and humanoid slaves; These dragon leaders are all the crew under the captain directly. The idea of a chromatic dragons even seeming subservient to a captain of any kind of miraculous in its own right, a testament to the authority Manghryrsear commands.

Structure

Though Manghryrsear is doubtably the captain and lead decision maker of the group; each of the other 4 dragons are in command of a ship/crew of pirates of their own who each lead them differently. They are able to do as they please for the most part, with Manghryrsear ensuring whatever they do does not get in way of their overarching goals.

1st Division Leader (First Mate): Jailraz The Cunning

Blue Dragon. Most intelligent and most sophisticated. Hoards items of high quality/class

Among all the dragons for Manghryrsear, Jailraz is the only one he sees as an actual ally

Loyalty. Very few beings are worthy of my respect, even fewer my service. But for Manghrysear alone, I am an unshakable and powerful ally.

Taste. I value my possessions for more than just their monetary value and consider gauche displays of wealth a sign of inferiority.

2nd Division Leader: Xindiss The Cruel

Black Dragon. Most Brutal and Sadistic. Hoards treasures of ancient ruins

Adaptability. It is not the most powerful, but the most flexible who survive.

Cunning. Destroying your foes in the most painful way possible is an art.

3rd Division Leader: Kolrott The Stalker

Green Dragon. Most Manipulative and isolated. Hoards creatures and plants

Intrigue. The world is so much more entertaining when you follow a path least expected. See how the worms squirm in surprise!

4th Division Leader: Ravanth The Hungry

White Dragon. The least intelligent and most primal. Hoards frozen gems

This was the easiest dragon to reign authority, as it was the only one to willingly become obedient after a true show of greater strength over it. Over time it began to build a respect for the captain the same way a dogs does to an extent.

Service. I used to live as a beast, before learning what is possible when creatures put aside their petty needs in service of a greater goal.

Dominance. I delight in making others tremble, knowing that I could kill them at any time.
