Kirsh Barracks

Herikkan army seems thin in Kirsh but they do have to well situated guard towers/barracks which can defend the village well as they tower over the villages smaller buildings.

At least a dozen or so guards/army officials who all answer to Captain Cruz. Currently the Kalevalians have convinced the army and most of the village that they are higher ranking army officials on two secret quests; one to look for themselves (who are disguised), and one to protect a copy of a common sago of the boy who gutted the wolf at the golden tree.
