Wind's Respite Delivery Center

The Wind's Respite Delivery Center is a strange facility. Located on the precarious edge of the B4 district in Crobanta, the City of Remembrance. The bay's winds lend themselves with earnest for the patron of this particular partial apothecary and simultaneous aviary. Shodo Crestfeather is a human man in his mid 50s, who devotes his entire life to providing medical and communication services to the people of the country's oldest city. An avid falconer and former woodsman, Shodo's penchant for letter writing brought him to a cheap run-down wood shack, nearly wearing its welcoming out on the stony face of the cliff. Shodo's original plan was to create a stationary shop, providing supplies to the city's record keepers. Shodo would send his treasure companion, a female falcon named Iaso, down to the bay's docks to communicate with his suppliers. 
After some time, the stationary business was struggling, and Shodo, in his infinite creativity and wisdom, knew he had to innovate in order to make things work in Crobanta. Capitalizing on his fluency with aviary life and his woodland knowledge of herbs and natural relief, he founded the Wind's Respite Delivery Center. Part mail carrier, part apothecary and medicine delivery system, Shodo relied on Iaso, among other feathered friends, to carry news and herbs on the wind to residents throughout the various floors of the City of Remembrance. The birds carry satchels full of letters, or small baskets filled to brim of potent wolfsbane and elderflower. The convenience of delivery is especially appealing to the citizenship, in addition to the gallery of large predator birds that Shodo employees. 
Iaso is the elder and most experienced bird, who is accompanied by Shodo Jr., Mercury, Razor and Cumulous. Together they travel up and down the cliff, greeting sailors in Alamar Bay, and surfing the drafts to the B4 district. Perhaps due to the proximity of many strange plants and herbs, or perhaps due to Shodo's own personal connection with nature, his birds have taken on magical characteristics themselves. He utilizes the flock's feathers, each having their own properties, in some of the potion and elixirs he concocts. Iaso, the biggest of the birds, has feathers that enhance strength. Shodo Jr, a showy eagle, can enhance one's presence in a room. Mercury's owl feathers assist in self reflecting and meditation. Razor's feathers, an all black falcon, help with bone health and enhance agility. Cumulus's feathers work well in potions that help stimulate brain development. 
Similar to Orly's tattoos, these potions can be taken to give a permanent +1 to a particular stat, beyond normal abilities. These are expensive potions.
