Agrafall
God of the Struggle
War Domain
“Things may seem difficult now, my lad. But you can thank Agrafall that you can weather this hurt, and take comfort that he struggles with you” – a Provincian Clansman comforts his son. Whenever there is opposition, be it nation against nation, freedom against law, life against death, or element against element, Agrafall is present. It is unknown what form Agrafall took in life, only that he was a humanoid in a full suit of shining plate armour. It is believed that he was born of the struggle, born of fire and water, and that is reflected in the magical nature of his armour. Believed to be the ultimate judge, making law from chaos, the rules of engagement by noble knights is attributed directly to Agrafall’s judgment. He is similarly also a symbol of law and justice, popular amongst lawmakers and executioners alike - ‘Agrafall’s justice’ being the common term for execution. Agrafall’s symbol depicts the ultimate struggle, that of fire and water. At the bottom is the form of a waterdrop, but this merges into the licks of flame at the top. Some say that Agrafall could make the Star Sea catch fire, or smote dragon fire, with a click of his fingers – and some believe that it was Agrafall’s intervention that finally stopped Ushtarg “The Deceiver” during The Second Rachir War.Remove these ads.
