Splechngilpt is a scrappy, dirty swamp goblin, who grew up separated from normal society.

Personal history
Grew up in the swamp with their mother. They were taught the basics of magic but their mother left one day. Splechngilpt never saw her again but thought she’d become one with the swamp.
They were happy with this and kept up the work, spreading the swamp as much as they could.
They left the swamp in order to gain power and fight the gnollpocalypse so that they could one day spread the swamp over everything.

Good things bad things
Splech bored of humans. Went and search more. Find tiny human clothes and hat with feathers! Many locks, Splech overpower them with mind and clever fingers! Find building with mushrooms and other goodies! Big mushroom came and picked bad one out, big thank!
Went take new treasures to boat, human Ayla seem annoyed at Splech. Splech no understand why. Go boat.
Was hiding away treasures, heard noise. Came look. GNOLL BEASTS! Chasing human Ayla and Mushroom! Splech fill with power! Fire crocies! Ayla and mushroom escape onto boat.
Splech worry about land be dangerous, must find way to protect.
Stupid Human Things
Back at big ship, saw robed ones coming from forest with people chained up by them. More bad people! Splech kill, no issue, robes don’t even get to react!
One of chained ones is strange, blue, not quite gobbo, not quite human.
Learn of village held captive by robe ones we go see, have plan, disguise the dwarf to lure robe ones over. It work good!
Mushroom ask Splech to make like “live one”, so Splech turn mushroom into gobbo, big gobbo! Mushroom seem very happy, this make Splech very happy.
Others go check on villagers, Splech go foraging in houses, find cabbage, mirror and lots of human shiny things.
Mushroom come over, hold hand with human. Nasty human, mean to Splech and mushroom, no listen to Splech! Only listen to less nasty human Ayla!
Splech lose interest in stupid humans! Not worth Splech time. Mushroom maybe feel same, start dinging bell. Mushroom likes bell. Splech find meat on floor! This good luck! Splech eat!

Was in under boat with mushroom, boat start moving big! Storm! Splech no used to big storm on big water. Put out fire.

Made camp on sand by water. Splech find good tasties in sand! Made kelp healings too. New ones talk all day. Splech sit with mushroom, they afraid, say “big fright!”. Splech think this mushroom has swamp spirit inside! They grow lots mushrooms and protect Splech! Will keep eye on mushroom.
The furry one make tiny wood Splech! It big good! But Splech be aloof.
Have sleep. Wake up. Short hairy one making gross food. Yuck. Splech have tasty things. But more laughers came with rotting ones! We get in boat, Splech fight them off! We go on water again.
Find bigger boat! Get on. Nasty. No like people. Treat Splech like young one! Treat mushroom like thing!
Try force us join. We no like. Attack! One with big hat no hurt by Splech attack! But win anyway.
Take over big boat!
Went in under boat with mushroom and furry one. BIG BOOM! Splech take smart cover under bed. Mushroom possessed by swamp! Killed the big boom maker!

Am Splech, strongest goblin! Strongest wizard! Was doing big research on making more swamp when in nasty human city.
Nothing. Went see good human Varn, gave him help. Met others. Tall snooty one! No like her. Yuck. Short grumpy one. No like him either. Furry one. Ok, help save small rats. And a strange one. Made of metal but also mushroom. Intrigue.
Sudden! Noise outside and green! We run! Big laughing four legs! Attack! Splech fight off! Kill two at once! Big good, but then black. When light, see mushroom thing. They help Splech. Splech very grateful.
Escape nasty city. Go in boat.
