The Pavilion

Within the Drakeback Mountains that overlook Aybehan's Plummet is a carefully guarded secret. At least, that is where the headquarters of the seekers and the home of the venture lord is according to legend
Supposedly it is navigated by a treacherous path through the mountain, where within there is a great forest of people and red leaves that fill the hollow mountain.
Within that forest sits an ancient pavilion where the ancient rites and rituals of the seekers are conducted, where brothers and sisters of the group conduct their advancements and their punishments. This pavilion, so enringed with enchantments and anti-scryers, is supposedly filled with dark, vaunted halls lined with ancient texts so densely that one is just as possible to find a book personally penned by the wise Guru Yom-parat as they are to find a ream of sheet music written for a long dead cult of demons.
Thousands of tales and rumors circle at any given moment of the barbarous rites and pagan holidays that are celebrated there. But no firsthand account exists, and all members of The Pavilion deny it's existence to their last breath.
What dark secrets lurk beneath those sunless trees? What ancient mysteries stir in the belly of the venture lord's inner sanctum? Does there sit a stockpile of the most dangerous magical items ever collected by the seekers?
Only time may tell.
