A time traveling conqueror from an alternate future, Titus the Traveler has visited many worlds and alternate timelines since he first began as a young upstart in the 2500s. He's considered one of the most dangerous villains of all time, and his arrival often spells doom for the entire planet. While he's been held off from conquering Earth every time he's tried throughout history, each time came with a great cost, and it's said he'll always come back until he finishes the job.

Titus has no superhuman abilities, but is an extraordinary genius, scholar, physicist, tactician, and technician.

Apparel & Accessories

Titus is almost never seen without his suit of armor, which completely conceals his body. It's dark blue, has a number of various gadgets, he has a cape around the shoulders.

Specialized Equipment

Titus Armor: His suit is made of a rare synthetic alloy and was custom-built throughout various worlds to be the perfect suit for a king. Titus isn't inherently superhuman, but his suit allows him to fight like one, and grants him numerous special abilities, such as:

• Superhuman Strength: Titus can lift over 150 tons.

• Forcefield: Titus' suit can generate forcefield that is capable of withstanding nukes at point blank range.

• Weapon Generation: Titus can generate whatever weapon he needs through his armor.

• Limited Time Travel: Titus has a built in chronal device that allows him to "blink" forward a great distance, and alternatively to "rewind" himself back in time by up to a minute to cure himself of any detrimental injuries or conditions.

• Gravity Gauntlets: The gloves on his suit can control gravity itself, able to project or reduce gravity depending on what he wishes.

• Holograms: Titus can project various holograms of himself to deceive others or send messages.

• Concussive Blasts: Titus can shoot energy blasts with great concussive force capable of leveling skyscrapers.

Traveler: His main mode of transport is a large, sword-shaped spaceship that can travel through time and space. It's his official base of operations, and a very powerful weapon.
Pocket Dimension: Titus has access to his own pocket dimension, which is made up of various worlds he's conquered. It's there where he calls himself the king.

Personal history

Titus the Traveler is the name he proclaims himself for his desire to learn everything he possibly can throughout history and the universe. The distant descendant of the Spiegel family, including the famed Doctor Quantum, he was named Asher Spiegel as such in honor of one of the family's most influential members.
As a youth, he belonged to a wealthy yet miserable clan who were among the elite on New York City's top brass. A young Asher Spiegel wanted to change, he wanted to improve. As a he learned more about history, and about other worlds, Asher came to the conclusion that someone had to improve them, and that he must be the one. What drove him to becoming the feared figure he is today was when his father would abuse him during his alcoholic binges. He could take getting abused by him, but he couldn't take it when he did it his mother.
After a fight broke out on one such instance, Asher committed the deed of executing his father, but this made him an outcast of the Spiegel clan. Lost and alone, Asher rationalized this the future could only be improved if he was the one who improved it. After a great deal of effort, Asher was able to secure a Gateway of his own that enabled him to traverse time itself. He also got a suit of power armor, considered far beyond that of our capabilities, and declared himself as Titus the Traveler.
He traveled to alternate timelines, to other worlds, and built the Titus empire. Using technology from all corners of time and space, Titus has created a legion of his own, and one day he set his sights towards Earth. In 1968, Titus the Traveler invaded Earth and proclaimed that he was their new ruler. He almost succeeded in taking over, but his arrival caused the formation of the Harriers. One such member was Doctor Quantum, his own ancestor, to which he felt betrayed. The Harriers did enough damage to force Titus away from Earth, but he would come back several times over the course of over sixty years, specifically 1985, 1999, and 2013. Each time he was only barely warded off.
The idea of Titus making his return is one that causes great concern, and in fact the United Nations have now formed contingency plans in the event that he invades Earth again. Considered one of the most dangerous supervillains of all time, Titus the Traveler will stop at nothing until all of reality is in the palm of his hands.

Part of the Spiegel family, Titus is the descendant of modern day Spiegels who are traditionally heroic such as Doctor Quantum. In fact, he was named Asher Spiegel in honor of one of the family's most influential members.
