Harriers

The Harriers were a superhero team that lasted for nearly thirty years and had a flexible membership. Formed in 1968 between six members to battle the villain known as Titus the Traveler, the Harriers remained since then as the protectors of peace. In many ways, they are a precursor to the modern Atlas Group. The initial founders were Doctor Quantum, Ladybird, Col. Freedom, Velocity, Noble and Scion.
Membership expanded and shuffled as heroes would go in and out. During its twenty-eight year run, there are over fifty different members in total. The Harriers would be disbanded in 1996, following the Chrono Incident.
By the end, there were eighteen simultaneous members, often broken up into three squads: Alpha, Beta, Gamma. None of them were original members.
