A punch-clock villain who was forced into being a crook by her overbearing father. Even she regards him as a joke, and only sticks with him because she doesn't think she has anywhere else to go.

Bubble Manipulation: Pop can create bubbles of varying density, which she can also manipulate and cause explosions with. The bubble can be used as a means of transport, a weaponized bomb, and a protective shield.

Personal history

Billie Blake was born out of wedlock by a young Francis Blake, and as a youth had to constantly live around him and his troubles. When her powers manifested, Billie was more-or-less forced to be his partner-in-crime to an aspiring Surge. She only took it because she didn't have anything or anywhere to go. It doesn't help that her power seem lame, if only on paper.
