Republic of Cascadia

Overview

The Republic of Cascadia is a country located on the western seaboard of the continent of Northern Columbia. Originally a part of the Republic of Centralia, Cascadia split during the Cascadian-Alaskan War for Independence, taking with it the former capital of Centralia, Portland in the territory of Oregon. Cascadia is the second most populous country of Northern Columbia, second only to Canada. It stretches from the territory of Alaska in the north to the border of Mexico in the south, and down the western borders of Canada and Centralia in the east. Its capital is San Francisco, which was seceded by Mexico as payment for Cascadian neutrality during the War of the Southwestern Pacific along with the territory of Northern California. Its current president is incumbent Charles Canyon.
