Neverial, Lady of Secrets

One of the Ilianti, referred to as the “Lady of Secrets.” Shrouded in mystery, Neverial preferred a solitary existence away from the other immortals, more comfortable among the fey races of the Dwimmer Vale. Neverial sought to understand the world of Mythren by gathering its secrets, and in this pursuit she had many minions and spies. The gathered information was brought to her sacred city, Ghul Tulak, where it was kept and studied in an effort to decipher patterns in the bandu tapestry. She gave birth to a child, breaking the oath among Ilianti to not mingle among mortal races, but managed to keep the identity of the father a secret. The subsequent death of the child gave rise to the sentient Oracle of the City of Secrets. It seems likely that the essence of Neverial was consumed by the Oracle in the devastating moment of its magical creation, but whether she was truly destroyed or whether she simply became a part of the Oracle is unknown.
