New Hartford

New Hartford as a relatively new Settlement that was built around an overgrown Banana Farm in Florida. They have since become a large player in the East Trade Caravans.

Government

New Hartford is run by a single elected Mayor, sometimes referred to as "The Foreman". Elections are held every 5 years, and there is no term limit. The current Foreman is serving the 1st year of his second term.
