Underwater dome

Divers on the west coast claim to see it on a rare occasion. It's visible only at clear nights with no moon and no stars. Then if you'd dive deep enough into the sea, You migh be able to notice a flicker of light right ahead subtly glowing in the total darkness. When you go deeper, the Bubble would seem immense. There are legends of currents sweeping people down to the buble, but the preasure would puncture their eyes and ears. They drown next to the most beautifull things of the sea.
