The lush, green district in the centre of the Eye. The central park (for which the neighbourhood is named) is a popular meeting ground for diplomats, businessmen, artists, and more.

The park is treated with respect, under the watchful eyes of its druidic caretakers. Additionally, the perimeter surrounding the park is filled with private security - some obvious (so as to deter attempts merely by their presence) and others undercover.

Tourism

The park and its surroundings are not just visited by those that work in the neighbourhood - many artists, young couples, and simply anyone who wishes can come to this park to relax. Although denizens of the Spike occasionally make their way up here, none of them remain for long - stares from the upper-class Absaloms (whether curious, frosty or fearful) soon give these unexpected visitors an unwelcome feeling.
