The arm of the government in charge of maintaining morale high across The Digital Conclave. It assigns consorts and coordinates friend groups, and keeps constant watch over the population to ensure obligations are respected and happiness standards are met.

State Guard regiments Beta, Delta, Lambda and Psi, and their bases in Scales, Plaza City, Clay and Retreat are at the disposal of the Ministry to enforce its policies.
