Basic Information

Anatomy

Daerlman are humanoid shaped people with differing shades of red skin, their eyes being chromatic colors like purple or red, with various shapes of horns on top of their heads. They have four limbs, two arms and two legs, with a relatively slim skeletal structure in comparison to most races in drakenelm. They have very slender frames, but are also short for being a non dwarf, gnome, or halfling, related race. Along with this, they have thin tails that help it with balance, but the daerlman has little control over it.

Growth Rate & Stages

Daerlmen grow from baby to child in the span of about four years, where it continues this growth without a specific spurt until around 20 years old.

Ecology and Habitats

Due to their ability to handle heat and their adaptation to the sun, they primarily live in incredibly hot places such as savannahs, where they call home.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Daerlmen are omnivorous, being primarily scavengers. They do not need as much meat as other races, and so focus more on gathering plants such as fruit or vegetables.
