Sheriff William Patrick McGinnis

William is Sheriff of Montreal. He was during the reign of the last Prince and when Raymond Boisclair came into power, Ray saw the benefit of keeping William on as Sheriff. After all, he doesn't "know too much" he knows just enough to make him dangerous.

William is a well built man. In a past life he may have been a woodsman or a sailor. his attire is often torn or dirty but he does try to keep himself well dressed for the occasion. He has a well trimmed beard, soft green eyes and faded red hair.
