General Physical Condition

Victoria is the definition of a 16 year old girl. She is slim, lithe and seems as fragile as a glass bauble. Do not let her looks fool you, she can pack a punch.

Motivation

Vicky is burning the candle at both ends. She wants to end Invictus tyranny in Montreal to no end and is focused on keeping the Beast at bay to avoid becoming a monstrosity like those of the Circle of the Crone.

Savvies & Ineptitudes

In modern terms, Vicky is "Goal Oriented". She is either planning, running or accomplishing something and then tends to move on rather quickly. Keeping busy has been her way of keeping the Beast at bay, but its not always successful. There are slip ups. When there are, she tends to make it worse by letting her emotions get the best of her.

Likes & Dislikes

Results. She doesn't care how you came by it, how it happened or who was involved. If she asks you something and you get it done, you are alright by her. You cross her by not delivering on your word.

Virtues & Personality perks

Victoria is a spitfire, she is the spark and breath of the Revolution. Suffice to say, she is driven and at times stubborn. She is also quite loyal to her own and to those who have done her favors. She makes sure you get yours.

Vices & Personality flaws

Sometime in the last 200 years, the Beast got the better of her. Something bad happened and it scarred her. So in the personal battle that every Kindred wages, she is so focused that she is past the point of exhaustion. Victoria is running on fumes. Which means she snaps at others, often, and not only has she not made many friends, she has probably made more enemies.

Personality Quirks

Vicky comes from a society of buns and orderly dressing. She has tried to leave that all behind since becoming a Kindred but has never gotten comfortable to her hair flowing in the wind. She tried to shave it once, but the blood brought it back and the shock wasn't something she enjoyed. So she plays with it, just like a school girl would.

Hygiene

Victoria doesn't spend hours getting ready after every sun down. But she isn't filth on legs either. She knows a leader must be presentable and does what she needs to do to be that for others. Those who stand near her might smell freshly cut grass or rain before an incoming storm.

Social

Contacts & Relations

The Carthians are her crew. Not quite family but closer than friends. She has also made great headway in political circles and among the various workers unions of Montreal. It helps when socialism is on everyone's mind.

Family Ties

Vicky has a Childer but he lives in New York City. They keep in touch but are not what you would call close.

Social Aptitude

Victoria Rowe is all confidence and can do attitude. 'But' is not a word in her vocabulary and neither is 'No'. She has found ways to convey that confidence to others through actions rather than words, but she does have some charisma as well when a good rally speech is needed to set the troops hearts on fire.
