Strings?

They vibrate, resonate, perform a frequency, and can modify themselves to change that frequency to affect the world around them.
Multiple strings can work together for a devastating effect.
You can harvest them...well, "harvest." If you catch one you can use it against glass creatures and (creatures made of resonance.)
Found in the Badlands, usually seen wrapped around one of those glass platforms or just floating through the air.
