Spicy Mint

Spicy Mint is an herb that can be found in The Gates, particularly in forests, the grasslands and oases in the badlands.
It was first discovered by the Spiritual Travelers on Nurend 04, 308 during their initial venture into Tympi's Forest. In the initial testing performed by DAN Wildcloak during their travel time, it has been noted that it has a distinctly "candy-like cinnamon flavor with hints of menthol".
It has yet to be fully analyzed or experimented with by the group.

Anatomy

Spicy Mint greatly resembles any other mint plant, however, its leaves have a gradient of fiery colors and have "flowers" on some of the stems that are actually just several leaves that have grown into a rosette similar to some succulents. This gives it the appearance of a fiery flower that many citizens of the Spirit World will harvest for flower arrangements along with its culinary uses.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Spicy Mint has a variety of uses both culinary and decorative.
Some people harvest the plant to be used in flower arrangements, and many culinarians utilize it for delicious meals and deserts. The combination of flavors can be ideal for a tasty dip for flat breads like naan, or they could be used in deserts like certain candies or ice creams, or many other dishes!
It has also been used, to great success, in soaps, candles, incense and other aromatic tools.
