Queen Resmae set about reforming and re organising much of Dagger Falls to help maintain its growth, expand its resources and develop it’s populace.

Queen Resmae set about imprisoning, exiling and executing those within the thieves guild then reformed it into the Guild of Commerce, keeping their impressive book keeping system and those experienced and loyal enough to swear fealty to her.   The Silver Daggers, were collected and turned into the Town Guard. Given training and a head quarters they worked with the Crown to establish law and order within the developing town’s borders   The rangers were kept in respect for their long and storied history but were increasingly employed as spies and assassins for the Queen.   The Morning Lord was made into the state religion, while all other faiths were still welcome, the church was responsible for the spiritual direction of the town. This was used to consolidate her own power, bring the church under her control through politics and as a PR work to seem pious.   Realising she needed to create a better Managment system, she brought the establishment under the jurisdiction of different High Nobles;    Su - Town Guard Diltrath - Guild of Commerce  Aeftish - Rangers
