The party flee the woods, Tuppence is turned in to a sheep and they finally make it to Vallaki

After escaping the woods, tuppance's magic surges and she polymoprhs herself in a sheep. The party continue onwards. After a brief grilling by the towns guards the party are allowed entry. Varish directs the party to the Blue Water Inn before he heads off to the Smithery. Inside the party meets Urwin and Maywin Martikov. After some mistrust, Boniface explains the children. The Martikov's put the children to bed and ask the party if they would be interested in work. Mother, while attempting to attune to Madam Eva's map, is interrupted by by an enigmatic man.   During all of this a mysterious stranger leads Dion out of the bar, before he has a chance to talk they have vanished leaving behind the diary of Elladaine Uriquin The previous hero of Sagittarius.   Gerbo asks if Urwin has heard of Ezmerelda D'aivnir, to which the enigmatic man hears, attempting to listen in.
