Hired Redband Bandits that were driven out of Phandalin by adventurers two years ago. They were found and hired by Dringol Drassberry III to help him police the people of Soubar during a dangerous time of change.
Unlike most towns in Elturgard the town guards of Soubar are an indipendant from the state mandated Eye's of Torm.
