Gravity

This law is specific to the Law of Constancy, and does not directly effect sentient beings. Although, despite its restrictions, this law is fairly simple. Every mass has a specific gravitational pull and therefore things without sentience will be pulled towards the Flying Flux. However, the Flying Flux is actually hollow and doesn't have a negative effect on the coin-sun, which lies at the center of its C-shape.

Manifestation

Well, for starters, if you were to drop a coin in the highlands, it would fall to the ground instead of flying off to the side. However, the lack of atmosphere makes it impossible to inflate a balloon without magical assistance and even then, nothing is technically able to "float". Gravity does assist with creating a mild air pressure, but it is barely noticeable and makes very little difference. This actually means something would fall faster with the same amount of gravitational pull and sails would be rendered completely useless.

Gravity in Flux is comparable to the gravity on Earth, but things would actually fall faster there than here because of the nearly non-existent air pressure.
