Silverpass was once a citadel operated by the Cult of the Dragon in the canyon lands near the northern peaks of the Aodhán Mountains. The site was a legendary graveyard of dragons and historically many dragons would travel to Silverpass to die. Cultists freed the guardian of the site and built a citadel where they carried out their diabolical plans attempting to transform dragons into dracoliches. The citadel was well defended and it often came under attack from treasure hunters and dragons angered by the cult's beliefs. For years now there has been not a word from the place and many believe the attacks have finally culminated in the destruction of the citadel leaving Silverpass a cold set of ruins.
Recent rumors have even been heard whispering tales that these ruins have actually been taken over and co-ruled by a death knight called The Beast and a lich known as The Mindbender who kill all who enter their ruins.
