This winery makes two red wines as well as a red ale. The wines are both forgettable; one is bitter, leaving a stale, coppery taste on the tongue, while the other is far too sweet. The ale is so powerful and strong that it leaves the most rugged barbarian lying in his own sick. The Bard Ellanon Adan'sellion famous song “Bronzestein” which has been turned into a traveling play and musical comedy first for The Silent Lady and has spread to performances throughout the north. The fun-loving story and song were actually based on the real people of this small northern town making Bronzestein Brewers more coin than it deserves and some of the folk in the village famously well-known names. Other main buildings along the Long Road include The Longstocking Yards protected by a stout palisade and a score of hired archers. To the north rests Ghaliver’s Inn and across the road sits The Happy Halfling Diner. The Happy Halfling Diner is a cozy place with a lot of rugs, squishy armchairs, cushions, and warming fires. It comes highly recommended as a place to get some sleep or just to relax. These locations are owned by Ghaliver Longstocking, an enterprising halfling investor. Along the road from there, the remainder standing buildings continue with Ferrier Services by the Drull is manned by Drulleck, a human explorer believed to have suffered a bizarre mental illness while exploring the Nameless Dungeon some years back. He moved to Bronzestein and set up shop to shoe horses and repair saddlebags. The man squints and mumbles in jutting, short-cut sentences resembling a confusion spell effect. He’s known as the worst shoer in Ethigoviel. The Hammer and Nail is a shop owned by Trystkin of Evermoor who specializes in repairing wagons and wheels but spends most of his time repairing some tornado-blasted barns and grain silos, but when in town, he devises pranks to play on Drulleck, whom Trystkin calls “Blindshoe”. The Wemic Comes to Bronzestein is the name of this tavern displayed in red letters on a signboard depicting a rearing, weapon-brandishing wemic. It is run by the short and cheery Helisa Ithcanter, of Citadel. The Wemic is a sunny, plant-filled place with a small menu and perfect dishes. In winter, servings shrink to a starvation diet of pickled fish, salt pork, hard bread, sausage, and pickles. In fall, expect a feast.
