The followers of the inevitabel

The followers of the inevitable, while a very small organization, is one of the newest recognized religions in the falling city. They see the collapse as something that was inevitable, that all things come to an end and that it's perfectly natural. They resolve to not live in fear of the inevitable, but instead celebrate each day until the end which is coming for them. Some of the followers of the inevitable are the people live closest to the edge, refusing to move onto safer ground further in. If they fall, they fall, eventually everyone will. While many can appreciate their bravery, the religion is a bit frowned upon. People see them as a bit crazy for not even attempting to save themselves. In fact, the followers of the inevitable actively want to work against research and possible solutions for the collapse and the problems it has lead to. Some of the followers of the inevitabe have branched of, believing that theres ancient monsters in the abyss who controll life and death. Thses beings are worshipped as gods, and it's said that it's their decision which has made the world start to fall, that the people weren't worthy of life anymore and it was time for the wolrd to reset. The followers of the inevitable first appeared a couple months after the last big collapsing part, when the shock had died down but the fear of when the next one was coming was still widespread. It is still unknown who exactly started the religion, since a group of worshippers appeared at the same time. They never caught on big like the old religions still present, but they have steadily grown to such a consoderable number that the government officially recognized them as a religion.
