The Fall

This world used to have technology similar to early the atomic era pervasive throughout the entire land, but that was a long time ago. About 1000 years ago, war broke out between all of the nations of the world, which ended in nuclear bombs being dropped all across the entire world. Because of this a lot of the world is littered with craters from various different bombs and a lot of places where you would think large cities would be there are large craters that then were either turned into towns and cities again or were overrun by monsters and demi-demons drawn to the site of the bomb due to the tears in the planes caused by the magical-nuclear explosion. Most of the large cities of this world now were founded after the Fall and were built up by the now in power countries of the world. Due to The Fall most of the world lost the knowhow or ability to use the technology present before The Fall. This is true for everywhere except Yarbur.
