Alter Terrain

Alter terrain, decreasing or increasing the hazard level of terrain in an area by 1 / Willpower. Can create terrain hazards such as Quicksand, Magma Eruptions and Landslides.

Lesser Alter Terrain

Half the cost of Alter Terrain. Can only alter natural terrain, not arcane or supernatural terrain.

Greater Alter Terrain

Twice the cost of Alter Terrain. Can create and modify supernatural terrain hazards and modify the damage types of existing terrain hazards, such as turning stone into magma or falling walls into into flows of ice.
