1st viceroy of the Eylands.

The viceroy was the new king of the Eylands, a title created by the Edict of Trondalen. It was in reality a puppet of the prince of Trondalen. The young viceroy was the handsome face behind which the prince of Trondalen was busy preparing an invasion force to subject the rest of the Eylands to the viceroy.
