Celestial Alliance

A splinter group that branched off of the Aasimar Alliance shortly after the war of the dragon. The Celestial Alliance is led by the Aasimar Arisa who separated from the Aasimar Alliance in the belief that the Aasimar should use their power to aid the kingdoms of the Wuld rather than just hoard their technology for themselves as well as due to leadership differences with Narcian and Yamato. The Celestial Alliance is small and is based in the Crossroads. They are comprised of a command staff, a science staff, a diplomacy team, and several elite strike teams to recover relics from the Wuld. Arisa predominantly acts as the commander, overseeing most military operations and occasionally engaging in diplomatic missions to gain the support of the kingdoms of the Wuld. While it doesn't have quite the resources of the Aasimar Alliance, the Celestial Alliance has better technology that most of the Wuld and has the added benefit of being able to work with other kingdoms and not be purely isolationist like their parent organization.

Recently the Celestial Alliance has been tracking a series of mysterious energy surges across the Wuld. These surges have been occurring at small settlements in every major kingdom and even within unaligned territory. Whenever a strike team arrives however they find nothing. Though there are often strange reports in the area such as lights in the sky, missing cattle, and even in some rare cases, a missing civilian. Commander Arisa is concerned that this may be prelude to a future conflict but with who or what, that remains to be seen.
