Old Joe

"Old Joe" is the name locally given to a market stall owner in Karp Town. He is well known in Karp Town for his vegatable stall, where he gets most of his wares from his brother's farm in the fields beyond the town.
He is close with the Blackwoods, being a friend of Meredith's late father. 
His brother was killed when bandits raided their family farm, the only surivor was Pol.
