Noro Ka Tsang, Emperor of Oskuwa

Noro Ka Tsang, the longest reigning Emperor of Oskuwa in history, is a known figure throughout the known world.
  Renowned for his political tact, Emperor Noro Ka was able to broker peace with the kingdoms of Entheria and subsequently became close to King Regulus of Enther, and his son Prince Magnus spends his 12th and 13th year as a guest in the Oskuwan capital training under the Emperor in the art of negotiation. Magnus becomes close with the Emperor's middle son, Noro Jal.
  When King Regulus died, Emperor Noro Ka travels to Enther to pay his respects to his friend. Upon his arrival, his son Noro Jal reunites with Magnus, with Magnus finding that Noro Jal did not understand the peace their father's had brokered and strived for the old ways to resume.
  The Emperor is deeply saddened when learning of the loss of King Magnus. At such an old age, and the pressing matters of the The Owai Free Cities at his feet, he sends his granddaughter Mei-ka to Enther as his representative and to try uncover the truth behind the mysterious circumstances of King Magnus' death.
