Earth Worm

Down in the depths of Aigea, far beneath the ground where even the goblins take up residence, lives the monstrous Earth Worms. Despite being named after the small insects that we see in day to day life, these Earth Worms are descendent of dragons.   Their burrowing is what the Goblins used to create the mass series of tunnels which make up The Descent. In Enther these beasts have all but been domesticated by the Goblins, who use them as transport for them throughout their dominion.   during the Iron War, the Earth Worms were used during the war, notably when the Fairfolk army marched on the City of Rosinhill.   Though they for the most part remain underground, there have been reportings in the past of the Earth Worms coming to the surface to hunt. The Earth Worms in Enther are rarely seen, however reports of a colony of Earth Worms living in the stretches of desert across Iphis tells of Earth Wroms devouring caravans and travels on their way to a city.
