Crisiz strikes up a contract in which they're provided with everything they need so long as the NNH Group doesn't turn on him. If they do, Crisiz will receive Blackfoot and Chad's souls.

    The NNH Group Steal a Train in Blairwood and Crash It Into Dead-Hand's Ship

    The NNH Group steals one of Dead-Hand's transport trains in Blairwood. Using Chad's otherworldly powers, they open a portal to the Gravemind a drive it to Amitee. However, Chad slightly miscalculates where to let them out and crashes the train right into the side of Dead-Hand's freighter ship. It's here that they encounter a Rad Dragon

    Jacobi and Mephisto kill the Rad Dragon using a Nuke, escaping the blast through the Gravemind. The explosion kills not only the Rad Dragon but hundreds of other people as blast decimated the entire settlement of Amitee.

    Dylan, Caith, Chad and Blackfoot travel back to Scorched Hill to visit Crisiz. Dylan strikes up a new contract with Crisiz that puts Mephisto and Jacobi's souls on the line if they help him steal Rikku's power. He agrees to help them and puts the contract into effect, using his own form of manipulation to do so.

Nick, Crisiz and Chad disguise themselves and head over to their base where they get recruited by Overlord.
