Retrograde

When the Infection came and humanity rose again, some humans took the brunt of the Radiation. Those people came to be known as Retrogrades. Commonly from overpopulated cities and settlements, Retrogrades all suffer from a mutation known as Rot Face, which causes their skin to look dead and rotted like that of a zombie. Retrograde often get mistaken for the dead and typically wear masks to avoid getting killed on sight.
