Oscar Tartarovo is a Vegasian Politician who was born and raised in Vegasia. He spent most of his early life gambling in order to make ends meet. This caught up with him in his early 40's when he bet his memory in a poker game against a powerful Psion. Oscar lost and, now suffering from Amnesia, found himself wandering the wastelands until he reached The Ironworks where, for one reason or another, he's now starting a revolution to overthrow The Axis of Iron and put an end to the enslavement of Irons and Reclaimers. He is one of the protagonists of the Blood & Iron campaign.

Oscar Tartarovo was born in Vegasia in 2198 END. He spent most of his life on the streets, gambling to make ends meet. In his 20's he married another Vegasian named Carolynn and in 2219 END they had a son, Andrew Tartorovo. Eventually they had a falling out and went there separate ways with Oscar mainly looking after Andrew. In his early 40's and down on his luck, Oscar ended up betting his memory in a poker game against a powerful Psion. He ultimately lost and found himself wandering the wastelands of The Ironworks where he met Gypsy Pride. He soon discovered that for some reason he had started a revolution to take down The Axis of Iron and rule The Ironworks himself, though he has no memory of why he's doing this.
