Matthew March is the vengeful spirit of a long dead serial killer who died Pre-Fall in the 1920's. He was defeated by Chief Blackfoot when he attempted to trap and kill him along with other members of The Nexus in 2269 END.

Personal history
Matthew March was born in New Jersey in 1900 before the fall of humanity. He was an infamous serial killer in the area that would eventually become New Hayven. He died in 1922 after the authorities caught up with him. However, his soul was claimed by Aglo and trapped in purgatory. When The Gravemind arrived along with the infection, Matthew was forced out of purgatory and was given a new body that still retained his ghost abilities. He has since returned to killing in New Hayven.
