Law of Ascension

The Law of Ascension sees those with supernatural powers able to transfer these abilities when killed. As long as the person obtaining the power is either powerless or in possession of abilities the power can strengthen, the power will transfer successfully. However, if these requirement are not met or both parties are killed, the power will cancel out entirely and cease to exist.

Manifestation

Ascension manifests itself differently for each power and can completely change it's wielder's appearance.

This Law is in effect worldwide.
