Lycanthropy, Ffren's curse is given to Ffrens Wolf packs, Mutates them to feral beast with extruding bones
Remove curse can remove it.
Bite (Wolf): Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is not cursed, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be Cursed with werewolf lycanthropy. A Perception check DC 10 can spot the cure taking hold.
Via a dark fog clinging and scaring if taking hold and bleeding as a normal wound if not.
Other Creatures, none Canine or humanoids.
Boars, Deer and other like creature attacked by a Pack Member. are given a new curse. an offshoot of lycanthropy
These creatures DO NOT take a humanoid form but are mutated with darkened fur and quill like bones that extrude at the joints
If given enough time to grow the creature become shrouded in a dark fog.
and is giving the ability to grow the quills at will for armor and some reports say they can shoot them causing damage.
Aggression increase is shown in all cases. and expected lycanthropy is an outcome for attacked humanoids.
and foraging expeditions are expected to slow and stop
Transmission & Vectors
Via Bite, The Flesh is torn and the curse takes hold. The Curse Can be seen if perceptive enough,
The Ripped flesh darkens and reattaches and scars, like a normal bite wound.
Causes
A curse, an offshoot of lycanthropy.

Memory loss. in humanoids and increased aggression in all infected.
Beasts of all kinds, say for humanoids. are mutated by the dark magic.
Extruding bones and deep black skin as well as a faint dark mist.
take the creatures after a week.
for humanoids its still unknows the extent of the symptoms
but expected transformation into a werewolf's is expected.
Treatment
Remove curse is suggested
but with the aggression its best to slay the best quickly and avoid all contact
Prognosis
its likely the course of the curse can take take the lesser folk if untreated
leading to a loss of agriculture and trade travel
