The Scavengers

Formed around the flooded waters of old Amsterdam, the scavengers are a crafty collection of survivors. Living in the harsh conditions of the northern warrens, Scav's compete for sought-after resources such as food and energy. Being the result of a grand coalition of different Scav groups, the Scavengers are as much a type of people as they are a gang. 
The Scavengers are extremely old, some even say that they predate EDEN. As such they are a power to be reckoned with and the only gang with the know-how to remain in control of the treacherous sunken warrens.
