The Sol System

The Sol system, known simply as The Solar System for millennia, is now positively brimming with humanity and their creations. By the middle of the 21st century Earth is no longer the sole inhabited rock, nor the only blue and white sparkling gem. From the small but fiercely independent floating colonies of Venus, to the colonies spiderwebbing across Luna's surface, or the harsh but slowly greening landscapes, and ice-choked seas of a Mars in the throes of terraforming, to space habitats in their own free orbits about Sol, or remote research outposts dotted throughout the planetary system.
