First annual Hero's Herald held at Deadpoint

The inaugural event was a bittersweet one, as we celebrated our current population of Adventurers and mourned those recently passed.

Hero's Herald was an all day event, starting with a hearty breakfast and sailing show, with ships from both Deadpoint and Port Tessalad in attendance. Two large clippers filled with tourists from the nearby port almost tripled our population.

Gifts and awards were conferred, some posthumously. At noon, there was a memorial for No Luck Nick and Daverink. A happier gift giving ceremony took place afterward, then the island was opened up to festival and merrymaking all day and through the night.
