Deadpoint (village of)

Small, remote fishing village based on the island of the same name. Very poor and sleepy, it sustained a tiny population of less than 100 people through fish trade with its only neighbour, Port Tessalad.

As of 3460, Deadpoint became the base of operations for the Culdarian Economic Exchange's Project Waterfan, and for The Airspear Origin Society. Soon after these organizations set up shops, Adventurers began to arrive to try their lot at discovery, riches, and fame.

Demographics

Wide mix of races. Human commoners most populous, but not by a wide margin.

Government

Culdurian controlled. Widely considers to be inside Iskonn territory, but the Delta technically falls outside of Iskiss (defaulting to Culdur). Not a big enough place for politicians to worry about it, it would seem.

Defences

A detachment of Aquan Vorwash elites patrol the streets and protect the citizens. Their ship, the Dagger Squall, is capable of preventing nearly any outside invasion short of a coordinated military assault or weapon of mass destruction.

Industry & Trade

Primarily fish

Infrastructure

Assets

Small fishing fleet.
