Elf

Finely-featured and slender, elves are lovers of nature and can be found living in The Continent's forested areas, as well as in most towns and cities. The forest-city of Lillisea is the cultural center of elvenkind in the southwest of the Continent, but the ancestral jungle homeland of the elves is to be found east of The Triangles and so was lost in The Misplacing. Elves are particularly adept magic-users. Most elven cultures value nature-lore and they study of the heavenly bodies. Elves are sufficiently long-lived (usually reaching the age of around 300) that only one generation has entirely turned over since the rest of the Continent was misplaced. The underground dwelling Drow , or ‘dark-elves’, are extremely uncommon and do not typically interact with their forest-dwelling cousins or denizens of the surface in general.
