Twenty-Thirdborn - Tailed Masters

The Twenty-Thirdborn were integrated the same time as Twenty-Secondborn  perhaps due to the fact they were intertwined in some regards. Twenty-Thirdborn lack legs, their lower body dominated by an exceptionally long and powerful tail. They also much more closely resemble a snake looking more like a cobra than the Twenty-Secondborn. They still fortunately have arms which are clawed but their scales seem a bit more thick and resilient. Though their middles all the way along their body is rather soft to the touch. Their faces can be like that of a cobra or they can lack the snout that would normally be apparent though they do instead of having hair have the formation of their heads like a cobra leaving a very impressive visage. They are on the larger size of races which lead to such interesting nicknames of the the Twenty-Secondborn and Twenty-Thirdborn.   Pureblood
  • +1 Strength +1 Constitution
  • Shifting Strangulation: The great length of the Twenty-Thirdborn effectively gives them a large massive limb with their tail lower half. However it has very few uses but one is certainly grasping large objects or individuals without their hands being preoccupied. As a bonus action a pureblood can make a grappling check using (Strength Modifier + Constitution Modifier + Proficiency Modifier) against a creatures (Strength Modifier + Constitution Modifier), if the target does not match or exceed the pureblood's roll they are considered grappled. The pureblood can with an action or a bonus action freely tighten their grip on a creature they have grappled, restraining them. A target to escape must make a strength saving throw against a DC of ((Strength Modifier + Proficiency )x 2) if they succeed and are restrained, they return to being grappled, and if grappled they escape. If a Twenty-Thirdborn is attacked they must make a constitution saving throw against a DC that is the damage of the attack, if they fail they release the creature they have grappled or restrained. This ability can be used proficiency modifier times before needing a long rest as it's quite the demanding physical activity.
  • Length without Legs: The body of a pureblood is well built but exceptionally that in length. If their form is strong and their musculature well built, they can stretch and reach far without removing themselves from their spot on a floor. This can be used to add reach to their attack action upwards of ((Constitution Modifier + Strength Modifier)/4) times five feet, this ability can be used proficiency modifier times before needing a short rest to help relax the strained muscles.
  Halfblood
  • +1 Strength
  • Puncturing Points: Halfblood fangs almost always are exceptionally dangerous in their length and sharpness. A bite attack that is a finesse attack that they are proficient in can be done once per turn to try and dig into an opponent. The attack dealing (Proficiency Modifier)d10 + (Dexterity Modifier) piercing damage and a quarter of the damage is taken as bleed damage on each of the creature's turns until the target is treated with a healer's kit against a DC of ((Dexterity Modifier + Proficiency Modifier)x2) or are healed magically. This ability can be used (Proficiency Modifier) times before needing a long rest as the fangs become more and more irritated and pained.
  • Shifting Scales: A halfblood sheds and loses their scales rather freely and frequently with excessive movement. This along with the ability to wriggle and writhe their tail lower half can cause difficulty to those around them with movement. A halfblood as a bonus action, can cause an area around them (Proficiency Modifier) times five feet to become difficult to traverse. Anyone passing through must make a dexterity saving throw against a DC of (Constitution Modifier + Strength Modifier + Proficiency Modifier) if they fail their movement is reduced by the halfblood's (Constitution Modifier or Strength Modifier) times five feet.
