Scarlett

Capital of the icy world of Cava, the city was once a red marble paradise. Its marble was Galactic-wide known and was exploited until nothing but huge mines were left behind. Today, Scarlett is still the capital of the planet, but its economy has thrived into a more industrialized path. Because of low temperatures and coal availability, and with the help of the government making it a fiscal paradise, the city rapidly evolved into a place where big companies started to invest and its economy started rising again.

Demographics

Most of the living beings are paid workers, with low education and little wealth to be found, but there is also a famous district called The Red Square where rich businessmen and company owners live. It is called the Red Square because of its characteristic red colored Marble, found in the planet.

Scarlett is currently under direct Scarlettish control, being therefore a safe planet from The Core

Infrastructure

The huge mines were reopened as gigantic fresh water reservoirs, highways and high-speed trains that connected the huge industries with the city itself.

Geography

The city itself is located within a huge valley that is thought to had been a glacier pathway for glaciers of almost half a kilometer high and 2 kilometers wide.

Natural Resources

Once it had the biggest red marble mines of the Galaxy, and it is thought that there is possibly a lot of marble underneath the surface, but once the huge ones were depleted and huge coal reservoirs were found, this all helped the city, and with it the entire planet, into its transition to coal and industry-based economy
