They love having wealth, and are often disconnected from the true condition of Rath, choosing to instead exchange idle pleasantries and attend lavish parties thrown by the various noble houses. These folk have all the resources in the world and none of the drive to act on them. But having access to the resources they provide is crucial if you wish to elevate within the ranks of Rath.
