A dystopic arcane punk fantasy, the city of Rath is a massive, brutal city with a population numbering in the millions. This city is cloven in twain by a large gorge and a waterfall, the city of Rath is divided into two halves, the idyllic Upper City and the dingy Lower City. Within the Upper City lies innovation, technology, progress, political intrigue and corruption, and within the Lower City violence, intrigue, excess, and poverty. Tension rests in the air and the streets are rocked by violence, and the fate of the City hangs in the balance.
