The Peacekeepers

The Peacekeepers are the rank and file guardians and enforcers of Rath. Under the direct control of Ixala, the duties of apprehending criminals and maintaining the peace falls within their jurisdiction. They are corrupt and terrorize the lower city at random, often hauling people up to the Upper City in the middle of the night for "questioning" just for them to never be seen again.
